In August and October 2008, Morgan traveled to the UK for meetings about possible collaboration with the Foundation for Science, Technology and Civilisation and its affiliate 1001 Inventions.
In October 2008, Morgan addressed a British Parliamentary conference on the subject, “Building future peace, by rediscovering lost history”.
In March 2009, Morgan was awarded Egypt’s National Medal for the Arts & Sciences by President Hosni Mubarak in Cairo.
In March 2009, Morgan held a meeting with new Saudi Minister of Education Prince Faisal bin Abdullah about possible collaboration.
